• use bots/automated tools except for accessibility aids;
• submit unlawful, infringing, or malicious material;
• interfere with operation, analytics, or access controls;
• use the Site or its content to train, fine-tune, or improve AI/ML models without express written consent.

We may monitor, restrict, or suspend access to protect the Site.

3) No sensitive data

Do not submit special-category data (e.g., health, biometrics), payment data, government IDs, or secrets via public forms. If engagement requires it, handling is defined by contract and our Privacy Policy.

Feedback/Submissions. If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant Deviant a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or attribution.

Links are for convenience. We don't control or endorse third-party sites or their policies. Use at your own risk.

6) No professional advice

Content is informational. It is not legal, financial, security, or other professional advice. Decisions should not rely solely on Site materials.

7) Compliance, export & sanctions

You may not access or use the Site in violation of EU/UK/US sanctions or export controls, or for any prohibited end-use. We may block access to meet legal obligations.

You agree to indemnify and hold Deviant harmless from claims, costs, and losses arising from your unlawful use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

12) Governing law & forum

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

• Entire agreement (Site): These Terms + the Privacy & CookiePolicies are the entire website agreement.
• Severability: If a clause is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without written consent.
• Language: If translated, English controls.
